The History Of Longines Watches

In 1832, Auguste Agassiz found a job with Counter Clock Raiguel Young. He started in St. Imier, Switzerland. In 1833 he took over the business when he and two of his associates opened a business. He was then called, the Comptoir Raiguel Jeue & Co. He started as what we call today a home based business. Employees worked with clocks in the house must be sold later in the workshop.
